Compliance

What is a captive portal?
It’s the page that appears automatically when a visitor joins a public Wi-Fi network, before they get Internet access.
Do we need to replace our Wi-Fi equipment?
In most cases, no: Logetic integrates with your infrastructure. Your distributor checks your equipment’s compatibility before installation.
How long are logs kept?
The retention period is set according to the obligations that apply to your organisation. After that, the data is deleted automatically.
